• Manage payment flows exclusively through PayAdmit
• Configure and optimize routing, cascading, and fallback logic
• Monitor transaction performance, approval rates, and stability
• Analyze issues with payment processing and coordinate fixes with PSPs and internal tech teams
• Support launches of new geographies, methods, currencies, and limits
• Work closely with tech, finance, compliance, and support teams

• Mandatory experience with PayAdmit as a payment orchestrator
• Hands-on experience in routing, cascade setup, and PayAdmit functionality
• Experience managing payment flows inside iGaming projects
• Strong understanding of payment lifecycle, failures, and optimization logic
• Experience with European markets is a plus
• Conversational English (calls and written)
• Russian required for internal communication

• Compensation: $2,500 + KPI per month, according the candidate’s skill set and experience.
