Responsibilities

  • Identify, attract, and close B2B clients in the iGaming sector.
  • Actively use your own client base to generate the first deals (first two deals must come exclusively from your network).
  • Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, pitching, negotiations, follow-ups, closing, onboarding handover.
  • Build long-term relationships with partners and maintain a high level of account activity.
  • Promote Terrasoft products and solutions: platform, modules, integrations, AI tools.
  • Track, forecast, and report sales performance.
  • Continuously expand the portfolio by developing new leads and markets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize pitch materials and sales strategy

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales within the iGaming industry.
  • Strong personal client portfolio and an active network in the market.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, deliver results, and maintain a high activity level.
  • Strong understanding of online gaming platforms, operators, and industry structure.
  • English for business communication.

Conditions

  • Compensation:

    • Base salary (fix) from 2,000€

    • First incoming leads and requests unlocked only after closing the first two deals from your own client base.
