• Monitor tournaments, rankings, and the esports market.
• Assess players’ skills, results, and potential.
• Establish contacts with players and their agents.
• Conduct initial negotiations and present collaboration opportunities.
• Maintain a player database.

• Experience in esports or active participation (player, analyst, manager, or scout).
• Deep understanding of esports titles.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• English at least at intermediate level.
• Ability to find players through Discord, Twitch, social media, and forums.
