Responsibilities
- Full ownership of the casino business unit and its performance
- Leadership of cross-functional teams (risk, payments, compliance, support, marketing)
- Management of B2B client relationships and key accounts
- Oversight of risk, bonus strategy, and operational processes
- Financial control: settlements, reporting, and invoicing
- Ensuring stable operations and continuous growth of the casino vertical
Requirements
- Proven experience in iGaming (Casino / Sportsbook / B2B provider)
- Strong understanding of payments, risk, and compliance processes
- Experience with financial reporting and client settlements
- Leadership experience and ability to manage cross-functional teams
- High flexibility and readiness to handle diverse responsibilities
