• Lead the Compliance & Payments function within the Casino business unit.
• Ensure all company operations comply with regulatory requirements and licensing conditions.
• Oversee payment processing systems, ensuring secure and efficient transactions.
• Collaborate with Risk Manager, Casino Manager, and Support teams.
• Build and manage a team of Compliance & Payment Officers/Agents in the future.

• Proven experience in compliance and/or payments within the iGaming industry.
• Strong understanding of AML, KYC, and regulatory frameworks.
• Familiarity with payment providers, fraud prevention tools, and transaction monitoring.
• Ability to create and implement effective compliance processes.
• Leadership experience and team management skills are an advantage.
• English proficiency for daily business communication.
