Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall Retention strategy across Casino and Sportsbook verticals.
  • Manage CRM, promotions, loyalty, and VIP initiatives to increase player engagement, activity, and lifetime value (LTV).
  • Oversee the planning, segmentation, and execution of multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app).
  • Analyze player behavior, churn risk, and campaign performance to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Support teams to ensure smooth execution of retention activities.
  • Lead and mentor the Retention/CRM team, fostering a culture of innovation and performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Retention/CRM management within the iGaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of player segmentation, bonus systems, loyalty programs, and gamification mechanics.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, A/B testing, and campaign automation.
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in KPIs like retention rate, ARPU, LTV, churn reduction.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills.
  • English proficiency for daily business communication.
