Responsibilities

We’re looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join our international team. The ideal candidate will provide legal advice to management, collaborate closely with the Compliance Officer, and take ownership of all legal matters related to our operations across multiple jurisdictions.


  • Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and operational contracts (supplier, affiliate, partnership, etc.).
  • Provide legal opinions and strategic advice on matters impacting the company’s business across multiple jurisdictions (Malta, UK, Sweden, Denmark, Ontario, Greece, etc.).
  • Advise on corporate, commercial, intellectual property, data protection (GDPR), and advertising law issues.
  • Monitor and interpret legislative developments in Europe that may affect the business.
  • Collaborate with the Compliance Officer on licensed entities and regulated markets.

Requirements

  • Law degree.
  • 3–5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably within the iGaming industry.
  • Proven experience in commercial contract law and general legal advisory work.
  • Solid understanding of European and national laws related to online gaming, digital business, and data protection.
  • Excellent English communication and drafting skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a practical business mindset.
