Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain internal accounts, access, and admin panels (email systems, CRM, internal tools)
  • Handle day-to-day technical and operational tasks (setup, migrations, troubleshooting, integrations)
  • Work with various SaaS tools and quickly learn new systems when needed
  • Communicate with external providers (e.g. platforms, infrastructure services)
  • Support internal teams by resolving ad-hoc requests and operational issues
  • Assist with documentation, contracts, and basic process management
  • Research and implement new tools or solutions when required

Requirements

  • Experience in System Administration or similar roles
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
  • Comfortable working with different tools, systems, and admin interfaces
  • Ability to learn fast and handle tasks you haven’t done before
  • Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • English B2–C1 (working level)
  • Based in Portugal
