Responsibilities

  • Support daily operational processes across the company.
  • Manage employee access to internal tools and communication platforms (Telegram, task trackers, etc).
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing and signing NDAs and other documents.
  • Organize and schedule internal meetings, calls, and team coordination sessions.
  • Assist with contractor management, including coordination of invoices and payments via Deel.
  • Maintain internal documentation and operational processes.
  • Provide operational support for internal teams and assist with resolving day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Support communication between team members and help coordinate workflows across departments.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Operations, Office Management, Administrative, or similar coordination roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple operational processes simultaneously.
  • Experience working with remote teams and digital collaboration tools.
  • Basic understanding of IT tools and account/access management.
  • High level of responsibility, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and coordinate between different team members.
  • English С1.
