Producer (Streaming Reality House, Italy/Croatia)

We are launching a large-scale 24/7 streaming reality house based in Italy or Croatia.
The project combines live casino streaming, influencer entertainment, and reality-show mechanics in a luxury villa format (9–11 bedrooms, rotating streamers, full-time broadcast).

We are building this from scratch and are looking for a hands-on Producer to lead setup, operations, and content execution.

• Lead full launch of the streaming house from zero to live
• Prepare the villa for 24/7 broadcasting (cameras, sound, light, streaming infrastructure)
• Build and manage on-site operations (technical crew, moderators, security, support staff)
• Develop and execute content scenarios (challenges, show mechanics, event days)
• Coordinate live broadcasting workflows and daily production planning
• Source and onboard streamers (directly or via agencies)
• Manage contractors, vendors, and production budgets
• Ensure smooth 24/7 transmission and resolve real-time issues
• Scale the project and optimize performance metrics (views, engagement, revenue)

• Proven experience producing reality, live-streaming, or influencer-based projects iGaming
• Strong operational and project management skills
• Deep understanding of Twitch/YouTube live ecosystems
• Experience launching complex projects from scratch
• Ability to work in high-pressure, 24/7 content environments
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
• English - Upper-Intermediate or higher
