Responsibilities
- Perform KYC / KYB checks for new and existing users
- Verify identity documents (passports, IDs, proof of address, etc.)
- Review customer data and ensure compliance with AML & KYC policies
- Detect and flag suspicious or fraudulent activity
- Maintain accurate records of verification decisions
- Collaborate with compliance, payment and support teams when needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in KYC / Verification / Customer Identification roles
- Hands-on experience with document verification
- Understanding of AML / KYC principles (iGaming experience is a strong plus)
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data
- Ability to make clear, well-documented decisions
- English min B1 for daily communication is mandatory
Conditions
- Compensation: $1300, depending on skills and experience
- Work schedule: you'll have night shifts, but the schedule will be adjusted to suit the team
- Days off: floating, by agreement (usually on weekdays)
