Responsibilities

  • Provide real-time text-based customer support for Canada and Australia firstly (evening/night shift according to their time zone).
  • Handle incoming queries via live chat and internal ticketing tools.
  • Resolve issues related to payments, accounts, bonuses, and gameplay.
  • Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to speed up responses, structure information, and improve customer communication.
  • Ensure high satisfaction rates and fast response times.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer support (iGaming experience is a strong advantage).
  • English min B1 for daily communication is mandatory.
  • Work schedule: you'll have night shifts, but the schedule will be adjusted to suit the team.
  • Fast typing, attention to detail, ability to multitask.
  • Basic understanding of online casino workflows (accounts, payments, bonuses).
  • Capability to use ChatGPT effectively for daily tasks.
  • Responsible, stable, and able to work independently.

Conditions

  • Base salary (fixed): 1200$ , depending on experience.
  • Contract type B2B, payments via Deel.com or USDT.
