We are currently building a dedicated team for our client’s outsourced casino brand Tier 2 GEO, supporting its operations, growth, and long-term scalability.

Responsibilities

  • Provide real-time text-based customer support.
  • Handle incoming queries via live chat and internal ticketing tools.
  • Resolve issues related to payments, accounts, bonuses, and gameplay.
  • Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to speed up responses, structure information, and improve customer communication.
  • Ensure high satisfaction rates and fast response times.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer support (iGaming experience is a strong advantage).
  • Excellent written English, ability to communicate clearly and politely.
  • Fast typing, attention to detail, ability to multitask.
  • Basic understanding of online casino workflows (accounts, payments, bonuses).
  • Capability to use ChatGPT effectively for daily tasks.
  • Responsible, stable, and able to work independently.

Conditions

  • Base salary (fixed): 1000€, depending on experience.
  • Contract type B2B, payments via Deel.com or USDT.
