Responsibilities

  • Managing and developing relationships with VIP players
  • Increasing player retention, loyalty, and lifetime value
  • Designing and executing personalized bonus and engagement strategies
  • Monitoring player activity and behavior to proactively address churn risks
  • Coordinating with internal teams on payments, risk, and support matters
  • Ensuring a high-quality, premium player experience

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a VIP Manager in iGaming or online casino
  • Strong understanding of player retention and bonus mechanics
  • Experience working with high-value players
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Result-oriented mindset and attention to detail

Conditions
