Responsibilities
- Managing and developing relationships with VIP players
- Increasing player retention, loyalty, and lifetime value
- Designing and executing personalized bonus and engagement strategies
- Monitoring player activity and behavior to proactively address churn risks
- Coordinating with internal teams on payments, risk, and support matters
- Ensuring a high-quality, premium player experience
Requirements
- Proven experience as a VIP Manager in iGaming or online casino
- Strong understanding of player retention and bonus mechanics
- Experience working with high-value players
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Result-oriented mindset and attention to detail
